Mary brings a bright, joyful presence to the mat, teaching with an emphasis on clear alignment, simplicity, and mindful movement. Originally from NYC, she left her corporate career to follow her passion for yoga, teaching in Uluwatu, Bali, before finding her way here. Through her own practice, yoga has strengthened her body and supported her emotional resilience, and she loves sharing that journey with her students. Her classes are grounding and energizing, offering a steady space to reconnect with breath, body, and self.
